    Able to edit tickets with opwn branding , extra T&Cs etc

  4. Reccuring tickets and copy-able tickets

    Add an option to be able to set up recurring tickets as well as events or at least allow tickets to be duplicated as this will make setting up ticketed events much easier and less time consuming

  5. Make it so we can add a ticket type to a run of events in one go? Or an event template?

    When adding a run of events it would be handy to be able to save a ticket type and add it to a run of events at the same time.

    Manually creating each ticket type for each event has put us off putting tickets on sale in the past :(

    An event template would be great!

  6. Reopen closed tickets

    If a ticket is closed, you currently have to create a new ticket if you want to continue sales. Give the ability to re-open a closed tickets.

  7. Change the way times are displayed to a 24 hour clock.

    A 12 hour clock isn't very clear to many. Is 12am at the middle of the night or is it noon? The same is true of 12pm. It would be much better to change to a 24 hour clock which is very easy to use and the vast majority of people (particularly the younger crowd) know and use all the time.

    Hi Alastair, thanks for your feedback.

    When we first added times, we did research this and actually found that more people are familiar with a 12 hour clock and find it easier to understand in the UK.

    We’ll keep this issue open and monitor feedback, thanks.

  8. Email notification for promoter when tickets are purchased

    We use multiple ticket outlets and track our sales figures on an external spreadsheet, but we have to constantly log in to check our total sales figure. It would be useful to have an email notification each time a new order was completed or maybe a single email at the end of each day with the total sales for that day.

    Hi there, are you using our daily ticket count service?

    This sends an email through once per day containing details of how many sales you’ve made in the previous 24 hours.

    Unfortunately it’s not possible to email every tim a sale is made, due to the huge number of sales we process it would become very difficult to support this service.

  11. A discount offered for another event once a purchase is made

    Once a customer has purchased a ticket for an event, have the option to direct them to another one of your events with a discount offer, for example if they purchase a ticket to my festival, then they get offered a club event ticket at a discounted rate or vice versa

  12. adding a photo

    Why do you insist on such large images 800x800 pixels because whenever we try to load one that big we get an error message buy any smaller it wont upload

  14. Improved accessibility...

    The website is a nightmare to use on an iPad as a promoter due to the event submission form and sub-forms not functioning properly. Other areas of the website also function poorly on mobile devices, focussing on these issues should be a priority (speaking as a "webmaster" myself)...

  15. Be able to add users

    Be able to add users so we don't have to give the promoter account password out i.e. a user level for guestlist managers or people that can update events without access to all the account and financial info etc.

  20. Ticket time slots

    A way of creating an event with bookable time slots available during the day. At the moment if you're running an event over a period of time you have to create an event for each day then create the time slots as different tickets - this takes an eternity and there should really be a simpler way of doing it.

    Even if you could setup one event and be able to copy it for the rest of the days it runs this would cut down on the manual process, but when you currently copy an event you have to re-create…
